If some of us only seem to like Jim's products, let me explain.  If you said 
I could have only 3 seasoning ingredients in my kitchen it would be garlic, 
olive oil and copious amounts of Applewood Smoked Habanaro......*sigh* 
addictive it is!  <BEG>  However, I am happy to be able to have Chipotles, 
basil, and tons of other flavor enhancers and lifters in my pantry!

bookmark it as a favorite, cause it will be.  Once you try it, you best keep 
a supply, tis very depressing to run out, especially when Jim's run out for 
the season!  LOL  Been there done that, and won't let it happen again!

All disclaimers, just addicted to it!  Oh did I mention the Chipotle 
Finishing Sauce.  Duh!

<< I have seen references in CH posts to JimC's powders and such.  As you
seem to like them <grin>, could someone point this newbie to his
website?  I found one possible sale site but am not sure the chiles are
same as those discussed on list -- didn't see a JimC name. >>
