Wish I could be more help here, but....

When I was living in So Cal, I was cursed with an aphid infestation in my
chile garden.  I'm not "strictly" organic, but I do not use chemical
pesticides.  So, I went to the local nursery and started checking labels,
and, sure enough, found an organic product that got rid of aphids.  For the
life of me, I can't remember the name of the stuff, but (1) it was organic
and (2) it worked.  I would advise you to just peruse the shelves at your
local Plants -n- Things.
