Now I may be wrong, but I thought (like Uncle Dirty Dave hints) that
mustard was naturally hot in its own right.  It's just that the stuff
you put on your hot dog has been cut a zillion to one.  I don't believe
Chinese mustard normally contains horse radish, does it?  It's just more
pure than the domestic stuff.  Don't get me wrong, I like the rush from
both mustard and "the root" as much as El Grande, but I think they are
two different things.
