[CH] dehydrating chiles

I'd remove the stems from all of them. You can probably dry the 
Anaheims, Cayenne and Super Chile whole, but the Rocotos have 
thicker walls. When I dry Rocotos I remove the stem and cut them 
in half. I leave the seeds in and grind the whole works when dry.
