I bow in homage to you oh garlic god.   ;-)  Wow.  I thought i liked
garlic!  Although, this reminds me of something I did once.

For those that don't know, I'm a civil war reenactor.  I currently am a
civilian telegrapher in my reenacting adventure.  But, on one event, I
made some stew with my dutch oven.  I tossed in a whole head (all the
cloves were peeled of course) of garlic.  That sucker cooked all day
and the garlic roasted to perfect sweetness.  Oh was that good.

I might try this dish you have here!  Looks QUITE GOOD!
