For the college students or faculty or those with access to a good college.
You probably can talk to the microbiology professor and get him to include
your seeds in their incubator which they use to grow bacterial cultures,
most have it around 90F and its a true constant temperature.  Thats what I
am going to do with some of my seeds.  And since you can place them in a
plastic bag with paper towels and it be a pretty sealed environment you do
not have to worry about any bacterial contamination.
