They do have pretty much the same ingredients, but there's 
something about the consistency. Chili sauce is a little thicker. 
Chili sauce has always been a requirement on meat loaf and 
catsup on baked beans. I have no idea why. The catsup of choice 
for the last year or so is Jalapeno Catsup from Texas.
