Yes, fortunately there are a few producers of decently hot catsup.  Randy 
gave me some Bottled Hell from FL that is nice; the one called Ketchupeno (I 
think) is from a restaurant in Chicago.  There are also some catsup-like 
sauces from the Phillipines, some of them based on bananas, with decent 
heat.  For some applications, these are perfect.

*pauses to consider deep-fried little nuggets of fish*

Has anyone made a chipotle catsup?
