Here is my favourite cheesecake recipe. It will hold up well to a
moderate amount of chiles. But, it's pretty good as-is.

MMMMM-----Meal Master Recipe

      Yield: 50 Servings

     24 oz Cream cheese; softened

      2 tb Chopped fresh dill
  1 1/2 c Chopped lobster

one at a time. Blend in next four ingredients. Dredge
