jeez, my mouth is watering.  Trust me to have a TSTL question, George.
What do you do with the Thai chile paste?  MIx it with the original
brine? stuff it in the olive with the peppa? eh what?

more ways to devour them ... tuna salad, atop garlic toast, red onion-
stuffed-olive salsa, wrapped with a slice of salami, prosciutto,
or other cold cut of choice, wrapped with lettuce/cabbage/green of most
persuasions, and the beat goes on.
