[CH] A variation on good ol' tuna salad

A little something my wife whipped up for a bed time snack. Turned out
pretty good.

Wild Foragers can take liberties with the kind of pesto used and Chile
Heads can  play with the type and amount of pickled peppers. <G>

A Variation on Good Ol' Tuna Salad
cat: fish, salads, chilies, tnt, jw
serves: 2

1 sm can tuna
1 tb minced onion
1 tb minced celery
1 tb to 2 tb pickled (banana) peppers, chopped
1 ds pickled pepper juice
1 pn black pepper
1/4 ts basil pesto
1 ts French mustard
2 tb creamy Caesar salad dressing, not mayo

Mix. Spread on crackers or rye crisps with sliced mozza. (Garnish with
extra pickled pepper rings, if desired. - JW)
