Welcome, Rob, you have lots of company! I live in an apartment building, 
and I grow chiles on the roof, very successfully.  After years of doing 
different chiles, I have settled on habs and Thai dragons. They both 
grow well in pots, and produce lots of fruit. Have fun! You did not say 
where you are located, I grow mine in British Columbia. Cheers, Doug in
