[CH] Did A Bit of Shopping Today

I talked my DH into driving into Bridgewater &
Somerville today. It is a pretty long drive for us -
around 45 minutes. But, Somerville has an oriental
grocery I like to go to and Bridgwater has Bed, Bath &
Beyond aside from other stores.

At the oriental grocery, I got 2 bags of chiles - one
with smallish ripe chiles (not thai birds though) and
what looked like thai dragons or some type of cayenne.
I also got a jar of "Spicy Pot Sauce" from Taiwan - it
has chiles, black peppercorns, shallots, garlic, salt,
salad oil and sesame oil as the ingredients. My DH
said "what are you going to use it on?" I said -
pasta, rice, chicken, you name it. I'll be trying it
for lunch on Monday probably. Looks so good. Full of
chiles.

I also got a small shaker of Ichimi Togarashi - which
I have been looking for. Yeah. Small enough to put in
the pocketbook.

I'll be having some fun.
