  I think it's a regional dialect of some sort, perhaps.  He's inserting it as
a polite alternative to more common word ending in "ing", but beginning with
an "F".  Just like "Bleeping".

  The correct response then would be that, most probably, all of us are
bleeping chile heads; and that's why we're here.
