You might try Cool Chile Company in the UK (<http://www.coolchile.co.uk>),
which gets them in and sells to the continent (but they are very popular and
there may be a waiting list).  You might also try to find a chapati press in
Indian food supply houses - I've seen them a lot in Asian housewares shops
and they're pretty much the same thing.  A few years ago I took my tortilla
press over to show my local sweet/snack merchant, who had asked about it.
She wasn't impressed, though: her chapati press was electric and not only
pressed them but cooked them as well.  Now, that's what I'm thinking of
getting (presuming that it works on corn tortillas).
