Hi Miss Dewi!
  Seeds you sent sprouting!
As stated so many times on this list, please book mark this site:
http://www.pepperfool.com/recipe_home.html
In left-hand column, click on RisaG (our resident cooking Guru, among
others) & note the second recipe is "Black Bean Ancho Chile (For
Crockpot)"/'Ya got crockpots in the Netherlands? If not, click on Doug
Irvine & note Black Bean sooop in his recipes. Please don't misunderstand
that a lot of other list members aren't great cooks (Alex, jump in here with
one of yours, will 'Ya), But I've found so many recipes at this site, I've
very rarely had to ask others.
Paul
PS Every year I refer to this site to get my favorite canning recipe.
Everyone that's
tasted it has said they don't feel the brine is too vinegary or
salty. In left hand
column, click on canning, then scroll down to "Default Brine" For
Pickling &
            print it for future use.
PS2 Speaking of Risa, recipes haven't been coming daily. You slipping/out of
chiles?
Sorry I can't help you with chiles until Aug. but getting 'em in
Feb. was great,
             wasn't it?
