Michelle,
Never took Spanish in school but to quote the web:

Chile Relleno, which is Spanish for 'Stuffed Pepper'. Take an Anaheim
pepper

& looking at the picture at:

        http://shop.store.yahoo.com/seedsofchange/chilerelleno.html

I'd have to say the Snip:

There's a lady at the local organic plant store that has a pepper
plant
          called a chile relleno

Is an Anaheim type pepper plant.
Hope this helps,
Paul
