[CH] chile descriptions

I used to have several web addresses in my address book to look up types of
peppers. Somehow, they have all disappeared. Does someone have a list of
favorite sites to go to for reference?
There's a lady at the local organic plant store that has a pepper plant
called a chile relleno. I told her I thought that was a name of a food dish
and that other green chile peppers were used. Have you ever heard of such a
pepper?
