This might not be exactly what you are looking for, but my personal favorite
hot dog condiment right now is a derivation of "Homestyle Inner Beauty Hot
Sauce" from Chris Schlesinger and John Willoughby. It's mustardy, slightly
sweet, and blazingly hot. You couldn't serve it to everyone, but I'd bet
you'll get quite a few takers....
