I'm in Australia, and I have poblano and anaheim seeds. I haven't had
any success with getting the poblano to germinate, but my seed-starting
routine has been very slap-dash for the last couple of years so that may
be the problem. I may be able to get you a couple of other things as
well. You may also have some luck with Kings Seeds.

Send me an email and I'll check on what I have and see what I can get to
you.

Of course, you can use any chilli you wish for relleno. It just depends
on how hot you'd like it.
