Hello, I have been reading the list for quite some time now and have finally
decided to say hi.
I came across the list looking for a recipe for preserving some jalapenos,
and I must admit that upon reading what some list members eat my first
reaction was "these people are mad!" Now one dehydrater,one coffee mill, two
special cutting boards(not everyone in the house likes it hot),9 varieties
in a very small garden, I feel differently(not to mention I can't look at
the kiddies twister game in the same light). Now I even know where to order
seeds for some varieties that just aren't available in a small town,and I am
looking forward to growing even more when spring rolls around. Now I finally
will be in the right place at the right time and will get to attend my first
ever festival ( Sawtell Chile Festival). Thanks to everyone for many a
tested and enjoyed recipe. I still think that list members may be mad but
thankfully it has made me come to terms with my own madness.
