In real life, I use bleach (as recommended by Jean Andrews) to remove cap
from my hands.  But in your hypothetical situation, getting bleach in the
eyes might be worse.  Since this is purely hypothetical, I would recommend
washing the face carefully with bleach, and then rubbing some baby oil
around the eyes.  Or you can just wait it out.
