I am a first time grower and have an assortment of peppers in my garden (Habeneros, Scotch Bonnets, Jalapenos, Cayenne and Cherry Peppers). I have gotten sprouts on all of my plants and, as I am sure you all understand, I am dying to pick my first pepper. I was wondering when I should pick them? Do I have to wait till completely mature or is it possible to enjoy their heat while they are still green?
