You might want to check out Consumer Reports.  They've extensive, ongoing
reviews of high (and low) end ranges, including Viking and DCS.  iirc some
of the GEs received good marks in that category.  www.consumerreports.org
Membership is required for some sections.

Concerning Open Fields Mary and I had planned on going but for various
reasons need to reconsider.  If at all possible we'll be there!
