Having serviced a variety of appliances including ovens and ranges, my
recommendations would be:
1) Miele
or
2) Thermidor

Hi C-H's,

Last Sunday night with bread dough risen and pizza ready to go, our
oven decided it had breathed it's last. It was a Maytag with a couple
of 12,000BTU burners which turned out to be not enough horsepower for
my style of cooking. Karen and I have talked about buying a real
(read expensive) range, and one that catches my eye is made by DCS.
Do any of you pro cooks have any experience with this brand?

Can you comment on suitability for chile cooking? (Phew!)
