Sorry to hear about all the dietary restrictions. My
cholesterol was very high but my HDL/LDL ratios and the
triglycerides were amazing. My doctor said my HDL was
scrubbing it out faster than the LDL could lay it on.
Unfortunately my wife has the exact opposite, low
cholesterol but terrible ratios such that her doctor
wants her fat intake restricted.
I'd like to think my good fortune is related to my chile
consumption, sort of an extra blessing from El Grande, but
I suspect it has more to do with genetics.
