of how many there are there, but feel free to try them, and I hope that you will enjoy them as much as I did doing them.  Risa G is another very
frequent contributor to this list, as well. I am presuming that you are "down under" correct? There are a lot of Chile Heads in both Oz and Kiwi land,
and we correspond with them on a regular basis. Please try my recipes, and let me know how you like them. thanks very much for being the inspiration
