[CH] Traveling West

I'm going to Colorado Springs next week for a client symposium.  (First
ever time in CO - and 3rd time west of the Mississipi.)  I will not have a
car, but others will, and we should be able to make some time, ideally
during the 'planned' leisure activities (golf).  I may hitch a ride to
Denver, too sometime during the week.
Any suggestions for a CH (not of the mild persuasion) in that part of the
world?  I'm into food shopping almost as much as eating, so if there are
any 'don't miss' groceries or other stores, I would appreciate that
information as well. I'm also interested in micro brews and wine with
reasonable markup.
