Scott, I'm still laughing over you using a knife to spew your seed...  I'd
think that'd hurt.  If you need any help, I'd think there are plenty that'd
give you a hand...

I charcoaled the peepers WITH a drip pan!!!  Think will *try* not using next
time, and using a lower temp.

I do so have probs with my temp...  I'm just always way too hot...

   Hey green, leave the drip pan in.  You're not trying
to dry them peepers in the smoker, you be infuzin' them
with the smokifying smoke to achieve smokifaction.  Save
the dehydratin' fer the dehydrator.
