Hi Philip,

I have done some reading through a few books about the blood type diet
things some while ago, interesting theory, and have also read about that
some blood types better not eat peppers.
The whole idea behind the blood type theory looks very logical, and yes
there has been an evolution in men kind and I can believe that they were
divided in farmer and hunter groups and that type O (the hunters) can digest
meat better than type A the farmers etc.
But just look at our teeth, you find that we have both teeth for eating meat
and vegetables If you still have them ;-) , so I can't agree with this rule
that A type people better not digest chillies, its a very healthy
vegetable!.
I have type O neg and for my type it's also not on the green list... but is
allowed...
As we (the CH) form such a big group of people eating chillies so often, we
might change our DNA through our CH children in the future and we together
will form the basis of a new blood type... C

Hot regards
Rob
