O.K. Pods I will have to educate the owner into the correct spelling..
I met the owner Sonia Slyer thru my mother she lives in a wonderful location , has 60 acres of coastal land overlooking Kiama and 
has a small line of products, She is married to a South African who Paints and as opposed to me does it in a smaller scale Portraits 
etc.Sonia is interested in producing more chile based products (Piri-Piri based) , she will be in Florida spending 14K decorating a 
friends House ,then London Paris at a Food Fair ?? and back Skiing in Washington ..
I have given her the List Subscribe info and will verse her in Aussie list ettique , e.g keep it simple stupid ..
Sonia is an Author of 1 or two cookbooks which were sold in the USA 1 on Chicken recipes the other I'm not sure of ..
