If I don't use a lot of garlic and a lot of raw habaneros in the next two days, I'm going to have to throw most of it out. I tried google for a garlic-hab hot sauce but couldn't find anything interesting. Anybody have a nice recipe they want to share. I saw one posted to the list yesterday but it called for 3 cups of lime juice!!! I like like juice, but 3 cups!
