Hi All,

I make a few jellies, jams and marmalade from time to time. I have never
been able to find liquid pectin here in NZ.
So use the old fashioned method of lemon juice in the mixture (Also happen
to have lemons falling on the ground all year)

The trick is to have a saucer in the freezer and use that to test the
boiling mixture. Put a teaspoon full on the cold saucer and when it jells
OK it is time to bottle.

Hope this helps
