Tom,
Maastricht is a very nice place... but not much of hot places to go, but I
know a more a less new very good caribbean/Mexican restaurant I ate lately..
called Mestizo, this I can recommend.
It is very close to the Vrijthof , think you will be around there... thats
were it all happens in Maastricht.
I think you can find the directions it in the restaurant guide in the link I
copied for you below.
Nevertheless there are many good non CH restaurants... if you like the
regular kitchen... so click the link below and you go direct in the menu to
choose your favorite kitchen etc. ant maybe you can find your favorite
food.... http://www.iens.nl/english/findARestaurant/index.htms?c=Maastricht
Every place is easy to find as you can also print location maps etc. at
http://www.locatienet.nl/ it is in Dutch but I think you can understand how
it works.
Hope this helps
Rob NL
