Doug Maybe don't have it in Canada -- but our local grocery store carries Quaker brand quick grits -- they will pass in a pinch. Like the old fashioned cook for 20 minutes kind myself. Tried your recipe for hot grits yesterday -- good stuff. My two youngest boys thought the simmering peppers were a bit strong. :-) Nels in ND
