Hi Pods,

I have been drying some peppers right by or on my heater. Since it is
getting colder here in the Netherworld I have it on pretty much all the
time. It is working very well with the exception of one or two that rot
before they're dry. But I dried some Charapitas and oh my what a fragrance
they give off!!! They are little fire balls with a sweet lemony smell.
Wonderful!

Had a Dhileheads meeting last weekend. Wonderful people cooking awesome
food! Joannie had prepared a wonderful lambcurry, potato pizza, de Arbol
nuts and she brought spicy olives , Rob provided stuffed Rocotos and
homemade chili and I made some Indonisian spicy chicken with rice and
homemade flames (spicy eggrolls Dewi style). Rob's Rocotos were so hot that
we were crying and fanning our mouths and Joannie and I even felt our ears
tingle from the inside!!! WOOWEE!!! So we had seconds....: - )

How do you prune a chileplant correctly for overwintering?

Yours in chileness,

Miss Dewi
