hi all, am typing left handed as I had the first carpel tunnel operation
on Saturday morning. Much pain, next one in 4-6 weeks.
On the spam front I have been using a free program called "mail washer"
for about a month now and it seems to work real good. the program
allows you to view your emails and decide which ones you want and the ones
you dont want it bounces back to the sender telling them that it is not a
valid mail box. That way they DO remove you from their list. Most of those
remove me buttons simply confirm to the spammer that yours is a valid
address and they just keep sending. If after receiving the bounced email the
spammer tries again anyway the program remembers who you have already
bounced and just bounces em again. very handy. it is a very small program
that is easily downloadable from http://www.mailwasher.net/
I have nothing to do with this program other than being a happy user who has
stopped 90 % of the spam that was coming my way.
Thanks to all the generous heads out there I am rebuilding my collection. I
will reciprocate when I manage to get a harvest. I have replanted some but I
am waiting for the insurance check to be able to finish my irrigation and
seedling raising hothouses.
44 degrees Celsius today and yesterday here in Gingin , that's somewhere
near the 120 F mark.
A bit warm.
Kind regards
Marc Winterburn
