OH  the A/C isn't working  Duh  the temps have to be over 70 for it to work

Hi all!
usually i read your e-mails whit a lot of interest!! but this is one of the
first time i need your help...The stalks of some plants (of Rocoto and
Jalapeno) in the tract that come out of the soil is norrowed and
withered...while the rest of the plant withered after7-8 days.
What's the matter?? Excess of fertilizer??
