Never seen a red jalapeno in New Mexico in a store or specialty shop. I
know they exist, but I wonder why they don't get sold here. Or if they
are sold here, I would be interested in where? The chipotle is all made
locally by different companies, its almost black. Only the capones are
lighter color. Haven't seen any from Mexico or Texas at all. Perry
