Hi All - Had to delurk for a minute to rave about the Sankata we sacrificed tonight. HOT stuff. YUM! (Thanks to Paul the North East Chileman) Made a quick taco salad & chopped them on top, nice heat!!! Also - Found a New Braunsfels smoker for Dan. HAD to make a Beer Can Chicken. Used my usual spice rub (with added Red Savina powder), insert beer can, smoke chicken, eat. Man that was good. (I also found some habanero pistachios at Trader Joes, saved the shells, soaked them & threw them on the fire...) Dan ended up getting cans of Bud for the chicken, I thought Heiney-Can would have been a better choice, butt... Helen
