That yellow squash salad was just a quick creation; I had half a squash left 
over from a batch of green bean salad.  I also had half a hab left over.  I 
added a red jalapeno and a green serrano (for color, of course)  and made a 
dressing from sweet vinegar with a little bit of a commercial soy-based 
salad dressing.  I was sort of shooting for a Thai flavor, but the hab 
really took over.

Funny how habs seem to bear fruit in tiers; I know what you mean about 
having a t-shaped plant.  Sigh, Id like to live in a climate that would 
allow me to espalier one onto a wall.
