Risa, please post some venison recipes you have tried here as bow season 
starts here soon too. We fried some deer meat in a cast iron skillet and 
then liberally coated it in Nuoc Cham and Thai Dragons, couldnt believe 
fish sauce and venison could go together but that was about the best thing 
we ever ate! Most of the time we give them a light rub in ground Dragons, 
toss in som garlic and just brown them in a iron skillet and finish in the 
oven to keep it simple so we can taste the deer :) and some  heat at the 
same time :)
