I finally made it to the Reading Terminal Market in
Philadelphia, PA today. A dream come true. I didn't
have a lot of time there - only an hour or so. I took
advantage.

There ia a vendor there that sells only Pennsylvania
Dutch items - preserves, mustards, pretzels and
homemade aprons and pot holders. They had chile design
pot holders, 2 different prints, for $3 each. I think
that is how much they were. One was a red background
and the other was a yellowish background.

I took the one with the red background - it also has
red chiles, that look like red jalapenos and thin
yellow chiles that loo like thai peppers on it. Great
design. Very nicely made too. I should've taken more,
as gifts.

Also, in Fosters Cookware, they sold chile cookie
cutters. I took the shape that looked like a jalapeno.
They also had one that looked like a more wrinkled
chile.

The cookie cutters were $1 each.

What an amazing place, that market. I will be back. In
a few months. We decided that we had such a great time
in 2 days that we want to go back in a few months. I
can't wait.
