Matt, I just bought a small bag of the dried powder of this chile. Coincidentally. I don't know what I will do with it yet, just thought it sounded good. I hadn't heard of it before. I tasted a touch on my finger and it is mean hot! Just as you said! Wow. Powerful stuff. I was thinking of using it in rubs and also in stews. I think I will have to keep it to myself as it is way too hot for the others in the house. But for a hot luck dish it might be just the stuff. RisaG --- "T.
