I'm looking for some good salsa recipes for using my overabundance of Jalapeno and serrano peppers I have, I won't mention the heatless habs I grew! ;-( Anyways, I'm looking for salsa types that aren't watery at all, medium in heat, with onions, tomatoes, peppers, garlic. Something maybe fire-raosted, something that kicks butt! I've searched around but I'd rather have some that have been tried and tested, the non-watery part is a big part to me.
