anyone in the NY/CT area, Purdy's farm on King Street in Greenwich, CT has
rows and rows of chiles available for the picking. They give you a plastic
bag and you just walk out and get what you want. He is clueless as to what
varieties he planted but it looked like a nice mix of varieties, hots,
sweets, etc. He told me just to bite the ones that looked good to me. The
farm is across King Street from the Westchester County airport and you may
pick veggies as well.
