Hi Chiliheads! I am new to the list, but have been growing various peppers for a long time out in California. Now i garden on a farm in Kentucky - not so great for our Pepper Population in the new digs! I have frozen many sorts of peppers for saucing during the cold winter months out here. I have always used the smallest canning jars, but am wondering about the possibility of using sauce bottles and water bath canning in these. Can anyone direct me on this? Do you know of a reasonably priced place to buy cases of bottles for canning all these deeeeelicious things my sweetie and i want to cook soon?
