Hi folks,

I recently sold some Tepin seeds to a seed company in the United Kingdom. This 
morning I received the following:

 "I have had to contact Thompson & Morgan in the UK as they are now
> stating Tepin as exclusive to T&M They have informed me I cannot sell it
> as Tepin as they have exclusive rights from the breeder Redwood seed
> company in the USA to sell Tepin in the UK."

I replied that the only person who might have been able to obtain an exclusive right 
to that variety was Christopher Columbus.
