[CH] Great Package in the Mail

When my hubby got home he surprised me by saying that
i had received a box in the mail and it was sitting in
front of the garage. I was expecting a box from my pod
pal, Paul K, but thought it would be much smaller (as
usual). Well, it was quite large and in it...9
varieties of chiles from Open Fields!
Well, it was like Chanukah in October! I got 9
varieties of which 5 of them were written on the bags
-yellow cayenne, a red cayenne that is very long,
yellow mushroom, purple large (?) and Bulgarian
Carrot. 4 of the bags had no names on them as the rain
had washed the names off the markers.
I have asked Jim C for some help in trying to identify
them. I hope we figure this out.
Anyway, now I have 5 varieties still from Bowers in
the refrigerator, 9 varieties in bowls on my counter
from my garden, and now 9 varieties from Paul. What to
do? What to do?
I know I will be chopping up a bunch of my own chiles
for the freezer, I know at least 2 sauces I'll be
making and some salsa, otherwise it is up in the air
as to what I will do with them all.
Thanks to Paul for such a great package! I feel as if
I was at Open Fields! Maybe next year???
