We have a restaurant named Roosters nearby; one of their advertisements
lists the heat levels for the wings they serve:
SUPER KILLERS
KILLERS
DONKEY
HOT
MEDIUM
MILD
BBQ
GARLIC
TERYAKI
I have never heard "donkey" used to describe a heat level...
